Free Pedometer Program for Students

Taking Strides is a 5-week physical activity program offered by Student Health & Wellness. It uses a pedometer (pedometers keep track of the number of steps you take) to help you monitor and increase the number of steps that you take each day. It’s an easy way to increase your physical activity because it reminds you if you are meeting your goal.
