Garcinia Cambogia

Friday, March 13, 2015

Question

I have wanted to lose weight for a while and have been trying to eat healthy and exercise more, but it doesn't seem to be making much of a difference. I feel like my schedule is so irregular that it is hard to come up with any sort of routine for exercise. I have heard a lot about the supplement Garcinia Cambogia and I was wondering if it is actually harmful or if it has any lasting negative effects on the body? I have been looking and I can't seem to find a clear answer.

Start Birth Control with Late Period?

Monday, February 23, 2015

Question

I am supposed to start my new package of birth control today but I have not started my period yet (even after taking all 4 placebo pills). I have only had sex one time since my last period and I used a condom, so I am almost positive that I'm not pregnant. Last month I had to wait a couple days to renew my prescription and I didn't start my period until the second day that I was supposed to be taking my pills. Could it be that since I was late last month that my cycle is just a little behind or should that not matter as long as I’m taking my pills normally? Should I take my pill like normal today or should I wait a couple days to see if I start my period like last month?
