I have wanted to lose weight for a while and have been trying to eat healthy and exercise more, but it doesn't seem to be making much of a difference. I feel like my schedule is so irregular that it is hard to come up with any sort of routine for exercise. I have heard a lot about the supplement Garcinia Cambogia and I was wondering if it is actually harmful or if it has any lasting negative effects on the body? I have been looking and I can't seem to find a clear answer.
