I think I have developed lactose intolerance but I’m not sure. Should I get tested to find out for sure?

Question
After getting a bad sunburn last month, I have been worried about skin cancer. I have a few moles/freckles that I have become suspicious of and I was wondering if I could get them checked out at Student Health, or if I could get more information of a dermatologist in the area.

Question
I recently went to the bathroom and realized I was peeing blood. Some of it is mucousy and I am freaking out and want to know what might possibly be going on.
