I have started exercising regularly and am interested in losing quite a bit of weight. The problem is, as a student, my budget is tight and I find it difficult to shop cheap and still eat right. Any suggestions?

Everyone always talks about taking vitamin supplements to stay healthy. I’ve never tried any, and feel like I have a balanced diet, except for that I don’t drink milk and was considering adding a calcium supplement pill to my nutrition plan. What should I do?

I have been feeling weak and experiencing fatigue during the day. My food habits are also poor. I have been a vegetarian for 1.5 years now and I doubt if my body is getting a balanced nutrition diet. I never had a weakness problem (probably or never realized it), and it has been affecting my studies and overall efficiency. What are the possible suggestions?
