Need Some Help with Sleep?

Refresh is a FREE 8-week cognitive behavioral self-help sleep program delivered via email. It is specifically for college students and has been shown to help improve sleep quality.

How it works:

Once you have registered, you will receive a weekly email for 8 weeks that has an attached PDF. Some information that is included in the program:

  • Physiology of sleep
  • Relaxation training
  • Mindfulness training
  • Cognitive strategies
  • Daily sleep logs

Students are encouraged to spend 30 minutes per week on the Refresh program activities.
