Whether it is your very first semester of college or you are a returning student, make a plan to put some healthy habits into practice.  With the fast pace of classes and college life, you could find yourself struggling sometimes.  Educate yourself about how to set healthy habits in place for good eating, sleep, time management and stress management.  Learn about all the support that is available to you on our campus- and take advantage of it!  Along with us here at Student Health, University Counseling Service (UCS) has great services and programs to help you, as does Student Wellness.  Be proactive and develop your skills before any problems arise.  All of us here at Iowa are working to make you successful during your time in our campus community!
