Trouble-shooting Video Visits on MyChart

When you schedule an appointment at Student Health that will be a video visit with a provider, our scheduler will send you a MyChart activation link, if you aren't already on MyChart.  Familiarize yourself with MyChart in advance of your appointment if you can. Review these tips for a successful video visit with your provider.  It is a good idea to log on early, so that if there are any issues you can work with us to resolve. 

If you have ANY trouble at all connecting or getting your MyChart to work before your visit, you can always just call us at 319-335- 8370 and we will help!  If your appointment is about to start and you can't connect, just call us. Our provider can always talk to you on the phone rather than a video visit, if you are running into technical or other issues.
